He's only the most rad 90's superhero ever. He has 1 pouch located on his face. All of his guns/gadgets come from the pouch... as does his food. He also eats through the pouch.

He emerged on the scene in 1992 and was 28 years old.. a young hero in his prime... it's now 2009 and he's middle aged but still as XTREME as he used to be.

A great hero out of his own time!
